Question: Iam a 24 yr old male 5'9" 160#. For the last six months I had been loosing weight and my hair has been thining out and falling. Ive been very fatigued i cannot do activities as much anymore i get tired easely, over all my energy has diminished. Also within the last 3 months i developed irregular bowel movements and now recently I'm starting to see symptoms of erectile dysfunction. I have seen a doctor for which they have sent me to a gastrointologist and a cat scan was done for which it showed i was constipated i was told to take more fiber and miralax. Also had an endocoscopy and coloscopy for which they said the results were normal. Also, basic lab was done initially and blood work and urine test came back normal. Please help.

Brief Answer:
Hormones

Detailed Answer:
Sorry to learn about your symptoms.

I see you have undergone basic labs. When I see someone like you in my practice, I order specific hormone tests in addition to a thorough physical examination

These tests include :
Testosterone
Free Testosterone (by equilibrium dialysis method)
TSH
Free T4
CBC
CMP
Prolactin

Fasting is not necessary for these tests but it is important to do them in early morning before 9 am.

Also check with the lab if the use the particular method of "equilibrium dialysis' for measuring Free testosterone. If not, then there is no need to run that test and instead SHBG (Sex Hormone Binding Globulin) is preferable.

These tests will give an idea if the thyroid or testosterone are likely causes of your condition.
Both under and over active thyroid can cause hair loss and erectile dysfunction.
Testosterone deficiency is important to consider too.
