Suggest Treatment For Excessive Tiredness And Irregular Bowel Movemnts
I have been quite poorly recently excessive tiredness, feeling sick and my bowel movements have been normal but I noticed today that when I wiped it was yellow? Even though my poo was brown. What could this be? I haven't been eating that well because of the sickness but started eating properly yesterday. I am waiting for my blood tests to come back and the doctor also said there was some blood in my urine not a lot but sine present. She thought I may have a kidney infection although have no pain. I'm so sick of feeling like I have no energy and I worry about going out the house Incase i become unwell. I have had depression and anxiety before. But my stomach hasn't felt right for 2 years since I had a miscarriage.
fluids and electrolytes should be corrected first

Hi
I am Dr Mittal
I have read your query
I think I will be able to help you.
It sounds like an infection.
Considering the hematuria, infection and renal stones have to be considered.
Both can cause abdominal symptoms.
A possibility of undetected or uncontrolled sugar has to be considered since that can cause many generalized symptoms like abdominal discomfort, fatigue etc.
As for the stools- its normal. Pigments are more concentrated in stools so appears brown. In swipe, the same pigment concentration is spread out- so appears yellow.
you have said blood tests are awaited. So add them to the query. I may be able to help you better with them. Meanwhile you can start a course of multivitamins and vitamin D. Addition of plenty of fluids may help. Watch your electrolytes.

Upload all reports
Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Good to hear from you.
I would request you that upload the reports because just saying that the reports were normal just doesn't tell me what was done and what easy not done. Besides, I have to consider the reports on total.
Have you done vitamin D test?
And also get ultrasound scan done to rule out renal or ureteric stones in view of hematuria
In view of the additional data, I would like to know if you feel breathless or if you have palpitations? Do you have swelling of the feet? Because if you do: all your symptoms and the fact that the blood tests are normal fit into cardiac failure. And that would need testing with an echocardiography.
Please let me know the aforementioned details. I hope that the information helps you. Please feel free to contact us for more information.
Best of luck
Dr Mittal.
