Question: Hello Doctor,

I am suffering from excessive sweaty hands and feet. It's by birth. My mother have the same problem. But for her the excessive sweating reduced by age, not completely though. I have been using ALDRY Lotion for over a year now. I apply it regularly on the excessive sweaty area(i.e hands and feet) before sleeping at night. But still no cure. My hands and feet only stop sweating when it rains. Can you help me with a better treatment or shall i stick to ALDRY?

Brief Answer:
Iotopheresis

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for the query.
Aldry Is good for long term control however if it is ineffective you can go for iontopheresis. It is a procedure in which faint electric current is passed through palms to control sweating.
Another option is botox injection in palms. Please meet a dermatologist and discuss.
Let me know if you have any other doubts.

Thank you

Hello Dr.

Thank you so much for answering my question. I would like to go for iontopheresis, as I am not finding Aldry effective at all.
Can you suggest me any good hospitals where this treatment is carried out. Preferred location: XXXXXXX XXXXXXX and XXXXXXX
Or can you suggest me a good iontopheresis machine that I can buy and start the treatment by my own. I stay in XXXXXXX so I would prefer a machine which is easily get able here. Can I use aldry along with iontopherasis treatment?

Thanks,

Hello Doctor,

Thank You for answering my query.
My last question is, do you visit kims? I want to consult with you on the treatment of hyperhydrosis and iontophoresis. Also I need to check once on, how the treatment works before buying a machine.
So please let me know your timings. Do I need to take an appointment before hand?

Thanks,
