5.
i. One of the most important management is to stay HYDRATED.
ii. Take diet rich in silicon which regulates the production of sweat like: strawberries, grapes, almonds, and Vitamin B [herbal Sage tea], Zinc supplement
iii. Replace refined flour with whole grain food items: wheat bread, whole grain bread, brown rice, barley and other whole grain products. However, do not forget to consult your dietitian before making any major dietary changes in your daily diet.
iv. Since stress is believed to be one of the major factors, meditation keeps the mind calm and relaxed and reduces everyday stress, thus ‘Vipassana’ is a relaxation technique which pacifies hyperactivity thus will be beneficial for the said ailment. [You may try Panchakosha and XXXXXXX Om meditations from a trained Yoga teacher]
v. Avoid antiperspirant on face, [Baking soda is antibacterial and anti-inflammatory, so it is particularly good for use on face], spicy food, smoking, drinking alcohol and excessive caffeine consumption.
