Brief Answer:
Hiatal hernia

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome to Healthcare Magic and thanks for putting up the query
Hiatal hernia is accompanied by fullness of stomach, regurgitation and even nausea. if the symptoms are increasing, you should get the hernia operated. Dietry management and antacid can help in controlling the symptoms.
Esophagoscopy should be done at regular Intervals to keep a check on any mucosal changes.
Any further questions are always welcome.
Take care
Thanks and regards
