Brief Answer: Tell me more about this problem. Detailed Answer: Hi and thank you so much for this query. I am so sorry to hear about this difficulty having erections. I will like to have some more information on what the exact problem is so as to be able to help you get out of this very embarrassing state. All men would feel terrible when confronted with this and as such I can totally understand your fears. Please, for how long has this been going on? Is it all the times or at times? On a scale of 0-10 with 10being the best erections you have ever had, how would you rate your present erections? Do you wake up with early morning erections? Have you ever had this in the past? has it happened with different partners? Do you have any difficulties in your relationship or life right now? Not withstanding, the most common cause of poor erections in young males is psychological rather than caused by a real ongoing illness. Difficulties in personal relationship/work are often the cause of this. Some other less likely causes of this could be alcohol and tobacco but would be more of aggravating causes than sole root causes. Management is often successful and you shouldn't be too worried because together we would get solutions to overcome this. When you provide the above required information, I will be able to provide some ore specifics towards this. I will also propose real measures to help take care of this. Hoping to hear fro you. Thanks for using our services and right here to provide more input on the way forward. Thanks. Dr. Ditah, MD.

Brief Answer: Please, work on your concentration and confidence Detailed Answer: Hi and thank you so much for this follow up precision. Fro this information, I understand it is more of early ejaculation than you being unable to have good erections. This problem is purely psychological and need you to work on your concentration and sexual approach. It takes repeated conscious efforts to be able to maintain erections for long. If you can maintain good erections without changing positions, I would advise that you maintain a single position and regain your confidence. You need to moderate the intensity of your emotions and regulate it over a longer duration than letting all out at once. Ejaculation would always occur if you reach the peak of your excitement irrespective of how short the duration is. It is the same thing that happens with persons who get so emotionally involved that they even ejaculate in their under wears before the act begins. There are drugs to help with this but the ultimate solution is how well you manage it. Constantly thinking of this further threatens your level of confidence and makes this even worse. Work with your partners and let her understand this is not an everlasting problem. Hope she also encourages you. What I generally recommend is to observe pauses during intercourse and prevent continued excitement that leads to early ejaculation. I hope this helps. Feel free to ask more related follow ups if need be. I wish you well and hope the above measures helps restore your confidence and guides you towards getting better. Dr. Ditah, MD.
