Question: i have back problems its caused me to ,become impotent my erection doesn't last long i have heart issues is there something that can be done to fix this problem

The most common medication for that purpose which perhaps you already know of are the PDE5 inhibitor class like Sildenafil (Viagra). However when there are issues with the heart, with its blood supply, they might be not safe.

In that case the remaining option is injection of blood vessel dilators of which Alprostadil is the most commonly used. It is very effective but there is the unpleasant downside of having to inject locally, in the corpora cavernosa of the penis.

Another option is the insertion of small pellets containing the vasodilator alprostadil into the urethra. That is done through a device, MUSE (Medicated Urethral System for Erections), but it is less consistently effective than the injections.
