Brief Answer:
Suspected to have Erectile dysfunction

Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXXXXX Hi
Good evening.
I can understand your concern for the ineffective penile erection during sex.
It seems you have some sort of erectile dysfunction.

May I ask the following questions so as to suggest you the possible treatment like

1. For how long you have been having this problem? Do you have any other sex related problem?
2. Have you had any changes in sexual desire or libido?
3. Do you get penile erection during sleep, or watching a movie or thoughts of sexual activity?
4. Do you have any medical illness like diabetes, high BP or any nutritional deficiency or stress or anxiety?
5. Do you smoke or take alcohol?
6. Do your erectile problems occur only sometimes, often or all of the time?
7. Do you take any medications like herbal medicine?
8. Did you have any trauma to your lower back or any weakness after the trauma?

Looking forward to receive the above requested information.

Best regards.

Brief Answer:
Drugs like Sildenafil or Tadalfil are effective.

Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXXXXX Hi

Thanks for your prompt reply.

Assuming that you have erections during sleep with no psychological issue.
You need to be examined by a doctor for the careful examination of your penis and testicles and checking your nerves for sensation.
Blood tests to rule out heart disease, diabetes, low testosterone levels and other health conditions.
Urine tests to look for signs of diabetes and other underlying health conditions.
Ultrasound of the scrotum and the penis to rule out any blood vessels abnormality & swelling the testes.

If the routine clinical examination and the necessary lab tests detect some or other problem they should be treated accordingly.

Drugs like Sildenafil or Tadalfil are prescribed which are found to be effective in the treatment of erectile dysfunction.

Besides medication, you need to have certain life style modifications like:

1. Learn to relax.
2. Exercise regularly. Your body can fight stress better when it is fit.
3. Eat well-balanced meals.
4. Get enough rest and sleep. Your body needs time to recover from stressful events.
Hope the suggestion given above could be useful in getting the treatment.

Best regards.
