Brief Answer:
I would suggest that you let your physician take the decision.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for asking on HealthcareMagic.

Although you have undergone some loss of weight already, there is still much weight that needs reduction. This extra fat is directly related to the conditons of diabetes and high blood pressure. Unless the weight comes under control, the control over these conditions would be temporary or none at all. However, irrespective of your weight loss, you would need to be on regular medication to keep the diabetes and blood pressure in control.

The choice of antihypertensive agents depends on a number of factors and there are a number of classes to chose from. There are guidelines and recommendations about how the dosage modification should be done. Hence rather than self medicating, I would strongly suggest that you discuss it with your treating physician. Besides, these are prescription medicines which cannot be prescribed through this platform.

Except for medicines like spironolactone, most of the anti-hypertensives do not affect erection. But once again, I would suggest that you let your physician take the decision. You can surely discuss it back here and I would tell you if that is appropriate.

Hope that you understand.

Brief Answer:
You could be having some infection. Discuss with your doctor.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for writing back. Sorry for not being able to respond back earlier.

Overall the reports seem fine except for the fact that the total WBC and the neutrophil count is raised and could indicate infection somewhere. Your doctor needs to evaluate the source by clinical correlation and needs to prescribe antibiotics if he feels necessary.
