Suggest Treatment For Erectile Dysfunction
Question: Sir, my age is 30 years old .I am not getting the errection and the sperm, so I consultant a doctor after the examination he told that y're having bilateral grade 1 varicoceles.Is this harmful? i have no child, it will cause any damage to family life.so pls help me in this regard?

Since when you are not getting erection?
Semen will always be there if there is ejaculation.
Is it that you are not having sex as there is no erection ?
Have you performed intercourse/ sex in vagina?
Have you done your semen analysis ? What is the report, please post report here.

Grade I varicocele is not at all harmful.
Varicocele does not cause any problem with erection.

Small size of the penis does NOT affect the sexual pleasure of either you or your wife. The size of the penis has no relation to the sexual pleasure of you or your wife.
You are just married 4 months back. It is difficult to have a pregnancy so soon.
Your reports are within normal limits except the albumin + in spite other parameters are normal.
Is there any problem for you or your wife for 2-5 minutes of sex. Are you both satisfied?
If there is no problem about the sex pleasure, there is nothing to worry about.
