Suggest Treatment For Erectile Dysfunction In A Person With Testicular Cancer

Question: Hi,

I am a 50 year old man who enjoys a reasonably active sex life with my wife. I am on Cialis for ED, and that is effective. My problem is that my orgasm and ejaculation is much less intense than it used to be. The amount of semen is much less than years ago, and doesn't come out with any force. I would love to get back to the more powerful orgasms I used to feel. Is this just normal aging, or is there a cause and possible solution. I did have testicular cancer 15 years ago, but am otherwise in very good health.

Thank you,
Norm

Brief Answer:
this is the normal effect of aging

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for the query
Are you taking any medicine for the testicular cancer now ?
I think what ever you have described is normal effect of aging on sexual health. Please don't chase the goal of same power as in earlier age. in addition to what you have described, it is normal to get a delayed response to sexual stimuli so that it takes loner to get an erection . please continue with Cialis . You can improve some what different parameters by regular moderate exercise but not possible to get earlier ones. You can also improve and vary your fore play to improve the pleasure.

Thank you doctor? No I am not taking any drugs following the cancer. I was treated with radiation following surgery to remove the cancerous testicle. Am I at risk of low testosterone due to having only 1 testicle? And would that lead to reduced sexual function? If so? What treatment options ate there? Do any of the advertised "Low T" drugs and supplements actually work?
