Question: Hi I am noticing weak erection from past few months,I am diabetic almost 8 years ,I am 43
And also overweight ,I have started working out and also starred strict diet to get back to shape
I tried Assurans but it gave me headache and face used get heated up
Can you suggest any good medication which won't have any side effects to solve my current problem since I have high sexual drive
