Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX

Thanks for using healthcaremagic.

If you are not satisfied with viagra 100 following are the options.

Tadalafil up to maximum 40 mg

Udenafil up to maximum 200 mg

vardenafil up to 20 mg.

These are same group(PDE-5 inhibitor) of medicines like viagra.

I can not get your exact location. But if you are from russia, udenafil is available there. It works in some patients who does not have improvement with sildenafil.

You can go for your testosterone level evaluation. If it is less oral or injectable form of testosterone can be taken under medical supervision.

Other medicines are trazodone and yohimbine which are useful in many patients in erectile dysfunction.

One recent molecule containing methylfolate and pyridoxal phosphate(vitamins, trade name tetrafol puls) taken to be two times daily after meal is also useful in some patients particularly with homocystiene deficiency.

Another option is intracavernous (in penis vein) injection of papverine which must be used under medical supervision.

And last thing is non medicinal approach which i would like to add that is sex couple counseling specifically master and XXXXXXX technique.

Particularly in your case if I were your treating doctor I will check for testosterone level and go with udenafil on required basis and also to start with tetrafol plus if testosterone level comes normal otherwise supplementation of testosterone needed.

You can go to your doctor and discuss above options and start the treatment.

Hope I have answered your query, happy to help further.

Regards,
Dr.Chintan Solanki.
