Brief Answer:
Cardiologist examination , ECG, ECHO etc...

Detailed Answer:
Hi friend
Welcome to Health Care Magic

Appropriate treatment demands accurate diagnosis
Diagnosis demands examination
And further investigation too
GET EXAMINED – THE FIRST STEP IS TO SEE A CARDIOLOGIST

Enlargement in X-ray may not be true always – it may appear enlarged if one does not take a deep breath…
A thorough history and physical examination is the first step –

Next will be ECG and ECHO –
ECG (Electrocardiogram / EKG) – Routine 12-lead – is an extension of clinical examination.
ECHOcardiogram is necessary to see the heart valves (eg. Mitral, Aortic Valve disease) / heart muscle (Cardiomyopathy) and heart function (Ejection fraction, wall motion abnormality) / clots...
There are several other investigations (Lab, CT MRI, Stress tests etc) – depending upon the result of the findings in the above tests. The treating doctor alone could conclude better based on total clinical picture…

Good luck
God bless you
