Brief Answer:
Possible viral infection;wait for a few more days til see doctor

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

The low grade temperature you are reporting is due to possible viral infection (flu). I advise to:
- take antipyretics you find OTC
- drink plenty of fluids (tea, water, juice)
- rest more

If the symptoms will persist or get worse for the next 3 to 5 days, then, it is time to consult with your doctor for further evaluations.

Wish fast recovery!
