Brief Answer:
Get it removed to prevent complication

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have seen lots of patients with such complains and I would recommend you to get it removed and fill the defect with bone graft. If it is not treated early than there can be chances of fracture and than it is difficult to treat.
So get it removed as early as possible.
Thanks.
