Brief Answer:
Stop alcohol completely

Detailed Answer:
Hello Mr XXXXXXX XXXXXXX
I have gone through your query.
Your enzymes could be raised due to the beer you consume. Could you let me know what is the quantity of beer you take each time?
However before attributing the raised enzymes to alcohol alone I would suggest to rule out other common causes of raised liver enzymes. I would advise you to get blood tests for hepatitis b, hepatitis c. A complete liver function test including GGT.
I would advise you to completely abstain from alcohol in any form till the enzymes return to normal.
Whether medications are needed will depend on the laboratory tests I have advised.
Hope this helps

Detailed Answer:
Hello Mr XXXXXX
I have seen you LFT reports. In case hepatitis C report is also negative. Then I would advise you to completely stop alcohol and then repeat shot and sgpt for 4 weeks. I would advise you to take tab Meta doxine(viboliv) for a month. Please consult your doctor to get a prescription
Hope this helps,
