Brief Answer:
Hi can you please send me you complete blood report.

Detailed Answer:
Dear Mam,
I did review your question and your past history.
It seems that you have been through a lot with multiple ailments and medications.
Immature granulocytes are white blood cell precursors which are ideally supposed to stay in bone marrow. However they do tend to come out and appear in peripheral blood in various disorders. It can be due to infections, steroid use, inflammatory disorders, autoimmune disorders and blood disorders.

I would recommend you to send me your complete blood report in pdf file. Youi may upload it using the feature available on the right side of this page. If you cannot upload it, you can mail it at YYYY@YYYY with Sub: ATTN 'Dr Parth Desai'. A complete blood report will help me analyze the situation better help me in giving you my further recommendations.

Since you have been taking steroids and had cellulitis there is every reason to believe that this little rise in immature grans is because of these 2 things and so there is nothing to worry about, but a complete blood report analysis would be helpful.

I hope this helps
wish you all the best
Let me know if you have any more questions or concerns.
Sincerely
Dr Parth Desai.
