Question: my creatinine-level is 1.12, blood sugar normal, bp 115/85.... wats the reason of high creatinine-level......please suggest me the diet ... what should i avoid .... i do not drink.... ocasional smoker....

Your creatinine level is towards upper limit,but within normal range.
Normal range of creatinine in a healthy adult male is 0.6 to 1.2 mg/dl.
Blood pressure is also within normal limit.

It is important to know your clinical details and reason for investigations.
You may need follow up urea and creatinine estimation as creatinine is towards upper limit.
Ultrasound of abdomen can also be done.

You can take normal diet.It is good that you don't take alcohol.

i forget to inform you that UREA is 31.... hemoglobin is 12.8.....

Do you think the urea creatinin ratio is OK? & wat abt hemoglobin ?

Hello

Your serum urea level is also within normal limit.There is no need to be worried about renal functions.
Findings also suggests mild anemia(low hemoglobin).It can be managed by diet and iron,folic acid tablet supplementation.
One iron and folic acid tablet to be taken daily.Take green leafy vegetables,dates,jaggery etc.It will correct anemia.
