I have fasting sugar level between 90-110 but post meal sugar level around 160.
my age is 29.
Also High SGPT and alkaline phosphate in blood.
Suggest me what to do further?

Hello Doctor,
Mylast check up was done in 2014.I found high sugar level while trying to check my mother's sugar level who has type 2 diabetes.
I will be again gone through medical check in this month end.I do not drink alcohol nor smoke.Currently I am not under any medicine.I have monitored last 3 to 4 days my blood sugar level.
fasting level 88,88,101 postmeal 156 140 160
Please find my report of 2014 where SGPT level shows high amount butblood sugar was ok.I will upload latest report when the check up completed.

After meals, bleed sugar less than 180 is acceptable. Since it is home-based reading, I suggest that you check it in laboratory. It is done under name of oral glucose tolerance test and is more specific.
It is better to re-check liver function test and upload. Also these reports need to be correlated with symptoms like jaundice, weakness, fever, pain in abdomen, etc.
