Question: Hi- 1 have a wbc count of 10.8 and a alkaline phosphatase level of 143. I am a former cancer patient and i am bipolar have been on abilify for 15-20 years. Should i be concerned with these levels.

hi madam.
your WBC count is 10800, i.e. slightly raised and the alkaline phosphatase level of 143 is also slightly raised. but these raised values don't indicate towards any specific pathology. even just a single abnormal reading doesn't make any sense related to big diagnosis. it may be as a result of minor infection, or may be just a laboratory error.
please don't worry madam.
you may repeat these tests after some time if you are highly anxious.
but in my opinion you need not to worry.
just continue the routine follow up with your oncologist.
