Suggest Treatment For Elbow Pain

Question: I have elbow pain when I try to lift or set anything down with my arm extended. Could be related to trying to twist a garden hose to roll it on to a holder.

I have studied your case. I think it can be a soft tissue injury but we can not rule out tennis elbow also. Before I advised you any thing I would like to know little detail of the illness.
1.Since when this pain is present?
2.Is this on a point or all around elbow?
3.Do you have Diabetes?

Pain just started about 3 days ago. It is centered on the outside of the elbow (around a point). No diabetes.

Thanks for reply. I would sugggest you to follow these steps.
1.Hot water fomentation
2.compression bandage
3.volini gel local application
4.Tablet Etorixoxib 90 mg one daily.
