Brief Answer:
pain killers

Detailed Answer:
Hello and thanks for the query,

You are most probably suffering from ear infection.

Ear infections are occur in people who fly while they are suffering from cold.

Do not worry. You can take pain killers like tylenol or ibuprofen after checking out your dose.

You should see a doctor in the morning . Till then keep your ears dry and do not try to clean your ears with buds.

You can also use decongestant nose drops like otrivin. These drops help to open the eustachian tubes. This helps to ventilate the ears which inturn helps to control infection. Instill 3 drops in each nostril 3 times a day for 6 days and follow it up with steam. Chewing gum also helps to open the tubes. Sleep in head up position, it helps to control the pain.

You should drink lots of water and avoid airconditioning.

Regards,
Dr Rajkishori Godhi.
