Brief Answer:
Advice to include food that help relieve symptoms

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thank You for Following up with me

There is no single recommended diet to reduce upset stomach due to increased acidity.
What food works differ from person to person.
The key is to identify the food items that relieve your symptoms . Since Tapioca pudding is working well for you, I suggest that you continue taking it in the morning.
Likewise also identify food items that trigger your symptoms and try avoiding them. For Example, some individuals find that consuming low fat diary products works well for them, whereas others do not have any problems with diary with high fat concentration.
