Hello,

Welcome and thanks for your query.
I understand your concern.
Your symptoms are likely to be due to anxiety.
It may also occur due to diabetes. So if you have not had a blood sugar or urine examination done, it would at least help to exclude diabetes and urinary infections.
Could you also give more details regarding the headache. Is it more when you bend your head down? Do you have any pain over the face, nasal block? Is the pain throbbing in nature, do you have any visual symptoms etc.
Do get back to me with further queries/ feed back.

I dont think it could be diabetes because i had a blood test a few weeks ago at the doctors for something unrelated. They said blood sugar was normal. The head is usually in one spot almost behind my eye. But i still feel dyhydrated. My mouth feels wet but feels like i havnt dramk for hours even though i have drank atleast 4 cups

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your input. If your blood sugar was normal when you had these symptoms, it excluded diabetes. But if the symptoms have come on after the blood tests, it does not exclude diabetes as Type 1 diabetes can come on very quickly.
Get a urine examination done as that would be helpful in excluding infection and a condition called diabetes insipidus in which one passes a lot of diluted urine and becomes dehydrated.
The same symptom can also occur in psychogenic polydipsia if you are anxious and under stress. The headache may be non specific and may be related to stress. But if it persists or if you have fever or the headache spreads, it would be better to see a doctor, have yourself examined and treated.
