Question: Ihave a single blister near my pubic area. It is lookig like herpes. I had the first turn out in XXXXXXX 2015. And now again. I saw one single blister next to my lips... what medication can i take. I am travelling in the states and dont have access to doctor. And also have some white discharge but no foul smell.

Ii have sent the pictures doctor. Innadditon there is extreme dryness and flakiness in the pubic area. The white dischrge is not heavy. A bit. not sure if its to be concerned.

It is not herpes.
It looks like bacterial infection.
You can use a broad spectrum anti bacterial cream like mupirocine.
This should relieve you.
The flaking will also decrease with this.

I bought the nutregena eczyma cream... should i use that. and its a little open tge wound... will it go? I will buy mupicream.

Hi doctor,

I am in usa and i am not able to buy this cream without prescription.... is there something similar which can be bought over the counter. It will be 2 weeks before i can finally visit a doctor in my country... please advice.
