Brief Answer:
Irritant Dermatitis

Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome to healthcaremagic

I a Dr. Kakkar. I have gone through your query and I have also seen the Images that you posted.

You have developed "Irritant Dermatitis" to the face pack/facial that you got done recently. This happened because you were already using Adalene gel and Glyco- 6 cream on your face. These medicines make your skin sensitive. Therefore dermatologists usually advice a weaning off period of 5-7 days before you can go for a facial or bleach.

For the Irritant Dermatitis, I would suggest you to use a moderately potent topical steroid e.g Fluticasone propionate cream 0.05%(Flutivate cream), twice daily. This should take care of the dermatitis.

Use a gentle cleanser for face wash rather than using a soap e.g Cetaphil cleansing lotion, twice daily

Brief Answer:
Irritant dermatitis

Detailed Answer:
Hi.

No Please don't use this face wash. It contains glycolic acid, salicylic acid as ingredients which can cause further irritation and dryness. Right now, your skin needs to be calmed down.

Use a gentle cleanser like the one i suggested Or you may just use plain water for face wash.

Use Fluticasone propionate cream, twice daily for 3-5 days. That should make it fine.

Thereafter, you may go back to the original regimen prescribed by your doctor.
