Brief Answer:
Position properly while feeding, put some nasal drop

Detailed Answer:
Hi

Thanks for asking on this platform

I have gone through the query and do understand your concern.
Cough while feeding only without any associated fever or rapid breathing is most likely due to nasal obstruction or improper positioning.
I would like to know
for how long this symptom is there,
is baby gaining weight adequately,
if there is associated regurgitation of feed/vomiting or
if cough also gets aggravated during lying down position.
I won't get worried if baby is gaining weight properly, the symptoms are there for short duration and there is no associated vomiting or regurgitation.
Here I would suggest you to feed the baby in proper position, keeping his head end up and putting some nasal saline drop in nose particularly before feed.
I hope this helps.
Please let me know if you have any more questions.
Regards

Brief Answer:
No home remedies

Detailed Answer:
Hi

As he is only 3 months old I won't suggest any home remedies for him.
To me it does not appears to be related to the pesticide also as the symptom is more during feed or lying down.
I request you to feed him in proper position, burping after feeding and use of nasal saline drop.
Even then if symptom persists please get him evaluated by a pediatrician for chest congestion.
I won't get worried as baby is otherwise fine, active and playful.

I shall be glad to help you out if you need any.
Regards
