Brief Answer:
Medicines are proper. Please continue them.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for posting on HealthCareMagic.

Your child has probably caught a viral infection which is responsible for the cough and cold. The antibiotics that have been given to control any superadded bacterial infection, if any, have also killed the normal beneficial bacteria of intestines and have thereby caused the diarrhoea. The medicines given are proper and you may continue giving them to the child. Please complete the full course of antibiotics as prescribed. Also give plenty of curd or yogurt. It contains beneficial bacteria and will help in replenishing them in order to reduce diarrhoea.
