If there was oozing of blood, this need immunisation against rabies.The schedule of immunisation depends on whether your dog is immunised or not.
Also, a tetanus shot is advised if you had not taken one recently.
If no oozing, just wash the wound well with soap and water and apply some antibiotic cream twice daily for 5 days.

pet dog have vaccine at 3 months old, now it is 9 months old.
