Question: take medication for high blood pressure. numbers ok with melds. Recently feel dizzy for a moment when tipping my head back or lying on my back/rising to an upright position. Only lasts a few seconds. Today's Bo was 134/73 With a pulse of 88. Ten minutes later it is 148/82 with a pulse of 99. See my doctor in less than 2 weeks. Thoughts? thank you

It looks like orthostatic hypotension. In situation such as this, blood pressure adjustment on change of position takes little more time than usual. It is generally side effect of BP meds. Please let me know what medicines you are on.
