Question: I was taking a nap .cause i didn't sleep well last night. but halfway through my mum came in and called me which interrupted my nap. i felt really crappy after . Like massive stomach ache and kind of dizzy and rapid heart rate. abit better after drinking water but still feel abit disoriented. what could be the problem . also feel weak and pain in upper body but could be my bed.

The problem what you are facing is just because of tiredness, lack of sleep and rest.Dont get panic
So rest properly, sleep at-least 7-8 hours at a stretch daily.
Drink more water, which keeps you hydrated and removes toxin from the body.
Do yoga and meditation.
Keep yourself calm.
Follow healthy lifestyle.
If your symptoms continues still, you can get check you BP ,and basic blood tests after consulting near by General Physician.
