Question: Cold sweats all day and night, uncontrollable shaking upon waking, all over weakness, tongue and lip numbness, nausea, dizziness, constant sinus drainage, confusion, all over body ache, no elevated temperature, feeling of dread.

In my opinion you should have first of all blood tests exams and especially tiroid tests TSH,FT3,FT4 and electrolytes blood levels
I will suggest you CT scanner of the head and a consult with neurologist for further tests if it's needed.
Some of your symptoms looks like panic attac too,but we need to be sure for the diagnosis.
