Question: My period came 11 days early and only lasted 4 days it was mid - light but more than the spotting you would expect if you are pregnant,as there were tiny clots in it. During that 4 days i had extremely painful episodes that had me doubled over in pain buckling at the knees neausous and feeling dizzy and faint, with the pain on my lower right side ,these lasted no more than 5 mins and i only had a couple of them. However on the day after the bleeding stopped, i still continued to get the pains, with pain and throbing on both sides of my my groin going down my legs.It is now 5 days since then and i am getting a heavy pressure feeling in my pubic region and the pain in my lower right side. I can feel it in my bottom and my other region. Its more painful when i sit down, even more so when i go to the toilet ,when im standing its uncomfortable . It keeps making me feel like i need to use the bathroom for both wee and poo.

Brief Answer:
Dysmenorrhea likely. Need evaluation for other possibilities

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for asking

I read your question and i understand your concern. Periods can vary from 21 days cycle to 35 days. So no worries for that coming earlier than expected. Usually dysmenorrhea explains all the symptoms you mentioned, but pressure feeling, more pain on changing posture or sitting needs evaluation to rule out any mass effect like uterine fibroid etc. Hormonal imbalances can also cause this. Nausea, etc should be considered for any genital tract infection like cervicitis, vaginitis or PID etc.

Nutshell, talk to an obGyn and let them run some labs from baseline to genital swabs, urine exam and abdominal and pelvic ultrasound to sort out the cause of pain if any otherwise dysmenorrhea would be likely explanation and you will need some mefenamic acid and some antispasmodics.

I hope it helps. Take good care of yourself and don't forget to close the discussion please.

Anoth symptom has appeared, the frequent need to pee,but only peeing a little. I get the most unbearable pain once i have finnished peeing not during.the best way to secribe this pain is like you have a popped blister and it gets wet,or a fresh graze that gets wet. Not a burning or sting.at the same time feel like a softball is inside me and its pushing down trying to come out.

Brief Answer:
Genitourinary tract infection

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for getting back to me

The recent symptom you mentioned of urinary discomfort makes my suspicion of genitourinary tract infection more likely. You will need urine exam, vaginal swabs and antibiotics accordingly to treat it. Talk to your doctor and let them help you in this regard.
