Question: Sick for 3 weeks with kidney infection and been on antiobotics cipro and still very fatigued and dizzy today with temperature 96.6 any concern I should have?

But since you have on antibiotics ,its important that you look for biochemical resolution of symptoms.

For this I advise you to get a complete renal profile testing.

This includes complete urine examination as well.

I also advise you to get an ultrasound abdomen.
