Brief Answer:
Irregular heart beat is known in Beer drinkers.

Detailed Answer:
Hi welcome to Health care magic, Irregular heart beat is known in Beer drinkers.
The pain in his lower right abdomen may be a stone.
Distended stomach is due to Beer induced gastritis and liver impairment.
The ankle and feet swelling can be due to blood pressure, a kidney problem, or due to a venous problem in the legs, especially if he is obese.
I would suggest the following--
Get his blood pressure checked.
Get a sonography of abdomen done for kidney stones.
Get his liver function tests done.
Take Sylimarin to stimulate his liver.
Get him into an active program to stop his drinking.
You can revert back.
Regards
