Brief Answer:
Surgery

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thanks for your query.

Surgery is the only safe way to put back the displaced lumbar vertebrae. When there is a dislocated lumbar vertebrae it can most of times be associated with conditions like slip disc, nerve compression etc. Care has to be taken during surgery to correct such associated defects.

No other mechanical methods can fix a dislocated lumbar vertebrae.

Hope, I answered your query.

Wish you good health.

Regards,
