1. Are the molars decayed? - Yes
2.Is there pain or swelling present? No but things get stuck on those and creates problems so I need advice if they should be filled. I visited a doctor years ago and he told me to get those removed but that is not option here for me.
3. Are the molar teeth mobile? nope

I kind of need assistance if they should be filled or some other option is available other than removing. and what are the ways to keep them clean and good so that they don't decay further.

Brief Answer:
Treatment depends on condition of molars, x ray needed..

Detailed Answer:
Hi..
Welcome Again..

Thanks for the reply..

As per your response in case if you do not have any pain in your teeth there is a possibility that the teeth are decayed but not to the extent that they have involved the underlying nerves and causing pain due to inflammation of nerves..
If this is the case then filling of teeth is possible..

In case if teeth are deeply decayed leading to necrosis of nerves and blood vessels present in the centre of tooth then simply filling cannot be done..
The teeth might require Root Canal Treatment followed by capping of teeth..

I can advise you appropriate treatment if you get an x ray of your molars done and send me a scan of the x rays..
Xrays will help me in understanding the level and severity of decay so that I can advise the best possible treatment to save your teeth..

Any further questions and information is welcome..

Thanks and regards.
