Brief Answer:
Heart and Penis Pathology

Detailed Answer:
Hello.Delighted to be able to help.
Its heart pathology are not related to penis pathology.
About the penis,in many elderly, the skin covering the glans (penis head) loses its elasticity, making it difficult to leave the glans exposed, causing difficulty in urination. Betamethasone cream applied twice daily for 1 month can solve your problem;if the cream is not effective, surgical treatment is necessary.
About heart pathology (heart works only 20%),you are taking the right drugs.
Your cardiologist will review the structure and function of the heart performing an doppler ultrasound periodically. In some pathologies,it is possible to make a heart transplant, your cardiologist can inform you about it.
I Hope I have answered your query. If you have any further questions, I will be happy to help.If you do not have any clarifications, please don’t forget to evaluate my answer.I wish you good health.
