Suggest Treatment For Difficulty In Retracting Foreskin During Erection

Question: Hi! I my foreskin doesn't retract at all when penis is erect and does partially when penis is flaccid. I think I might have short frenulum but not sure if that is the case or simply tight foreskin. Either ways would like help in this regard. The erection isn't painful but still I would like to get rid of this condition. I have never had sex so don't know whether it will affect me or not when I do.
I don't want to go for circumcision. And would prefer not to go for surgery of any kind.

Thanks for your query,based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have what is called as Phimosis .

During sexual intercourse foreskin gets retracted and acts like a sleeve which helps penetration of erected penis into vagina and for to and fro movements of the penis inside vagina that gives sensation of pleasure of sex.

With unretractable foreskin penetration of vagina is always painful and one can not enjoy the sex.

There are no means or medicines that can help in retraction of foreskin over glans .

The only option to get cured is to get Circumcised .

This is a simple surgery done under local anaesthesia as a out patient procedure and offers permanent cure and helps to have enjoyable sex for rest of the life.

Ok Sir,

But I have read that there are stretching exercises that can cure your phimosis. Please let me know how successful they are? Are there any cream lotions available (without side effects) which can aid these exercises. Can you also suggest any Doctor/ Hospital in XXXXXXX where this surgery can be done and what is the approximate price of same.

Stretching exercise do not achieve desired results and the effcet does not lost longer .

There are no medicines that can cure Phimosis.

It is a simple surgery done by a General Surgeon and will cost you about 10 Thousand Rupees.
