Brief Answer:
Oral submucous fibrosis or spasm of TMJ muscles...
Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for posting the query
After going through the query, I do understand that you could be suffering from either oral submucous fibrosis (OSMF) or spasm of the muscles surrounding the temporo-mandibular joint.
I would suggest you to consult your primary physician first and get the oral cavity thoroughly examined. If there is no OSMF, then you would require opinion of a maxillofacial surgeon.
Hope this answers your query; revert back to me if you have any follow up queries.

Oral submucous fibrosis...
Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome back
I have gone through the images thoroughly and I am of the opinion that you are having Oral Sub Mucous Fibrosis. You should consult an ENT specialist for a complete evaluation and management.
My suggestions to you are:
1. You should stop chewing the betel nuts.
2. Try taking multivitamins containing Vitamin A, E and C.
3. Eat plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables.
4. You need to do mouth opening exercises regularly. This will help in relaxation of the mucosa.
5. Drink plenty of water.
Hope this clarifies your doubts. Wish you good luck.

I went to the doctor he refferal me to the ent specialost but physician told me i m having lymphadenopathy
Brief Answer:
Lymph node enlargement may be secondary to the OMSF or insignificant...
Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for writing back
The lymphadenopathy could be either related to the inflammation in the oral cavity or other insignificant causes. A thorough examination by your ENT specialist can provide us vital inputs regarding your problem.
Lymph nodes are like policemen in the body; which swells up when there is on-going infection or inflammation in the body. Many of the times, the lymph nodes fail to regress even after the inflammatory episode has subsided, and it is considered absolutely normal.
Hope this response was helpful to you.
