Hello
I had gone through your question and I can understand your concern.
Looking at your description I would advise you for detailed check up for infertility by an gynaecologist which includes
Semen analysis of your husband
Hormonal studies and Hysterosalpingography to look for patency of the fallopian tubes.

Here i would like further information for better assessment
Does your husband drink or smoke?
Are you having any irregularities in your menses.
Upload me a latest ultrasound report suggestive of PCOD.

Please write back to me with these details so that I will be able to tell you more accurately
Waiting for your reply

Please consider these guidelines

Detailed Answer:
Hello
welcome again
I had gone through your attachments which is not so clear.

You can naturally conceive, don't worry
In my opinion you should get your husband's semen analysis test.
Since you are ovulation study is suggestive of ovulation so there are good chances for you to naturally conceive
I would advise you to have intercourse near the day of ovulation which generally occurs 14 days prior to next expected period and this can be ascertained by ultrasound or hormonal assessment.
So don't loose hope, keep your self happy and cheerful

Hope this answers your question
Please feel free to ask for more clarification I will be happy to help you
Best wishes
