Question: I have been suffering with looser stools for a number of months now. I pass stools very easily into small blobs. I have also had a pain three inches below my navel. It is accross my waistline but more sensitive in the central area which hurts me most when i have been leaning forward. I am carrying about 50 pounds extra weight. I am also struggling to pass wind unless i lie on my side. This makes me feel bloated after eating. I am concerned i have colon cancer and a tumour is pressuring my urerthra internally As i am also seeing a urologist about leaking urine. The ultrasound of the bladder was normal. I am 27 yo male. Do i need a colonoscopy?

It is unlikely that you have a colon cancer at this age. Since you are not loosing weight malabsorption which is another common cause is also unlikely. It is more likely you have irritable bowel syndrome.
