Question: I have been experiencing bad pains, diarrhea, vomiting, feeling of fullness after just a couple bites. pains in my solar plexus area.

I understand your concern

Your symptoms could be a indigestion, acid reflux, stomach ulcer and pancreatitis.
I would suggests to consult the gastroenterologist as early as possible and undergo following investigations to rule out above possibility.
Upper GI endoscopy, USG abdomen, Barium meal study
Blood: CBC, ESR, amylase, LFT
Meanwhile take following advises:
Tablet Gas-X
Tablet esmoprazole and domeperidone 30 minutes before meal
Capsule sporolac
Tabley dicyclomine
Soluble dietary fiber supplements like senna
Take more lukewarm water in drinking
Take small frequent meal rather than large meal
Diet like banana, applesauce, boiled rice and toast
Specific treatment will depend on the cause
