Brief Answer:
Give antiemetic and antacid

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Your child seems to be suffering from gastrointestinal infection. Most likely cause in infants is a self limiting viral gastroenteritis. You may continue with neutrolin B and ORS. You may also start the following for early recovery:
-start an antiemetic such as ondansetrone for vomiting episodes.
- Give antacids such as Ranitidine or Lansoprazole for associated gastritis.

Ensure regular feeds and oral rehydration therapy such as soups, lemonade, buttermilk etc. Avoid carbonated drinks, sweets and juices. You may give banana and cardamom water.

Hopefully it will be of help.
Take care
