Detailed Answer:
Hello

Thank you for getting back with the answers. Following measures will help you in improving the health:

> Take lots of fluids( water, juices)
> Take Metronidazole thrice a day for 2 days
> Take ecobion sachets once a day

> Foods that should help include:
- Boiled potatoes
- Toast
- Plain crackers such as saltines
- Baked chicken without any skin or fat

AVOID:
- Milk, butter, ice cream, and cheese
- fatty food
- Alcohol and caffeine drinks
- Foods that cause excess gas like cabbage, beans, broccoli, and cauliflower

Hopefully you will see improvement in few days and you will be able to go with normal daily routine BUT if after 2-3 days condition remains same or aggravates then you need to visit hospital for further workup.

Hope I have answered your query. If you have any further questions I will be happy to help if not then don't forget to close the discussion and rate it.
Wishing you good health !!

Brief Answer:
Visit a Urologist for prescription

Detailed Answer:
Hello

Thank you for the followup query.

Epididymitis requires antibiotic therapy and close followup so i would suggest you to visit hospital & get an appointment for a "Consultant Urologist" for proper examination and prescription therapy. It is recurring most probably because it is not resolving completely. Meanwhile:

- avoid sex
- trauma to scrotal sac
- wear loose garments

Thank You
