my six year old son is sufferring from diaorrhea and vomting. i have started him on a course of enterogimna 5ml suspension for 3days. is there anyhting else i can give him to make him feel better.?

In diarrhea cases there will be lot of fluid losses from the body, so it ll bet better if you supplement him with ORS -oral re hydration solution powder mixed with drinking water.Give as much as he takes, keep him well hydrated.
If the diarrhea and vomiting are continuing and the child looks dehydrated with decreased urine out out, dry skin, dry mouth , then he will require a pediatrician to examine him and start the next line of treatment. thank you regards.

so should i continue with enteriogermina 5ml a day? for 3 days? or more if problem persists?
