Brief Answer:
Acute stomach flu.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for choosing HealthcareMagic for your query.
Have gone through your details and i appreciate your concerns. You have either a bacterial infection (perhaps food poisoning), or viral gastroenteritis - which is an infection caused by a variety of viruses that results in vomiting or diarrhea and they may also have a headache, fever, and abdominal cramps (stomachache).

The main symptoms of viral gastroenteritis are watery diarrhea and vomiting. The affected person may also have a headache, fever, and abdominal cramps (stomachache). Usually, the symptoms begin 1 to 2 days after infection with a virus that causes gastroenteritis and may last for 1 to 10 days,

Treatment-

Drink plenty of fluids to avoid dehydration–You need to drink more than usual to replace the fluids lost from vomiting and diarrhoea. Water is best, but you could also try fruit juice and soup.
Take paracetamol for any fever or aches and pains.
Get plenty of rest.
If you feel like eating, try BRAT diet.

Use special rehydration drinks(Electral) made from sachets electral solution to maintain depleted electrolyte levels in serum.
Take anti-diarrhoeal medication (such as Imodium 4 mg twice daily ) and anti emetic medication (such as Pantropalzole with domesperidon(Pan drs a day)

its better to take days antibiotic and anti protozoal course
Tab A pack (azithromycin) 250 twice a day(9a.m-9 p.m)
Tab Metronidazole 400 mg twice daily(9a.m-9p.m)

You would need a prescription

its usually self limiting and takes 10 days with medication it may be fine in 2to 3 doses.
