Suggest Treatment For Diarrhea And IBS

Question: Hi doctor,
I am panic with my condition,
I had diarrhea for 2month and have no toher synthom ( no fever, no rash, no swollen lymph node etc )
I am in the danger of having HIV?
I have multiple partner ( good girl and alao protitudes ) in the 10 years but always protected sex, my last time i had intercourse is almost 4 years from now

But lately i have diarrhea, and i am so scared that i have HIV ( i read that ARS or HIV synthoms is diarrhea )

Am I HIV or just my anxiety? I had anxiety disorder few years ago and now is cured, just lately I always have tought that i am infected with HIV

This is my tested , I dont have anemia ( my blood test is all normal), only I have parathypi load Igm 1/320 (AO and BO ), salmonella Igm load 8, and CRP load 0.08, and my feces test showed nothing paracite, no bacteria, no blood, my Heliobacter is also negative, My CEA is 2.00

I just have change of stool from hard to watery stool, but somethimes i found hard stool again, i had also feeling unfinished stool, lots of gas, and bloating at my stomach

My question is:
Am I in HIV or it is just my anxiety, am I gastritis or IBS

Please help me, i am scared for it

Yes it is just your anxiety and less likely to be HIV so don't worry much.

Dear XXXX, welcome to HCM. First of all no need to worry so much as your history is not pointing surely towards HIV infection. I will suggest you get HIV testing to confirm my statement and allay all fears about HIV.

As far as chronic diarrhea is concerned, it needs evaluation to isolate the cause. You can contact your local physician for evaluation.

Be relaxed and don't be so anxious. Chance of HIV is very remote.

Thx, so do my doctor said and he said that i have gastritis and not IBS, I also did abdominal USG for that, and the result is nothing and all is normal, but i cannot resist my mind keep telling me that i need endoscopy and colonoscopy, but my doctor said that i dont need to do that and he always said that my CRP is 0.08 and CEA is 2.00 that indicated that i am not in the inflamation or colon cancer, is it true?
so if it true, am I gastritis or IBS in your oppinion, please let me know what your oppinion for it,

Thank you, one more question from me, can diarrhea alone is the only synthom in HIV or it ussualy appear with other synthoms like rash, fever, and swollen lymph node? since i read diarrhea is on the list of HIV ARS synthom, thank you doctor

Usually it appears with combination of symptoms like diarrhea, fever etc.

Detailed Answer:
Diarrhea alone cannot be taken as the only symptom in HIV as it might be due to some other causes also. HIV ARS appears with combination of symptoms like chronic diarrhea, persistent fever, persistent unexplained weight loss, swollen lymph nodes or recurrent rashes etc.
