Suggest Treatment For Dermatitis On The Leg After Wearing Tight Clothes

Question: My sprained ankle and stuff i had a while back had almost healed and i went black friday shopping and walked for 12 hours i had on tighter leggings and socks and when i got home my leg looked like this. It dont hurt just burns a little like a rug burn or something. Is it normal?

If I were your treating doctor I would recommend you to apply topical steroid like Cortisone cream on the affected area twice daily for 3-5 days.
